  • Advance ticket purchase is encouraged for the public. Members do not need to reserve tickets for the museum or special exhibitions, including the Dalí and Van Gogh shows.
  • Enjoy a variety of options in the museum’s two dining locations, the Market and Modern Café.
  • The Dalí and Van Gogh exhibitions both require tickets and use virtual lines. Simply scan the QR code on signs near the entrances to join the lines when you arrive at the museum.

Admission

  General Admission   General admission includes access to the museum and all nonticketed exhibitions. Chicago Residents   Proof of Chicago residence—valid ID, lease, bill, or other mail—is required. Illinois Residents   Proof of Illinois residence—valid ID, lease, bill, or other mail—is required. Fast Pass   Fast Pass allows visitors to bypass the general admission lines at entrances and offers expedited access to ticketed special exhibitions.
