Guided Tours

You might select a theme that allows you to see artworks all around the museum or choose to explore one area of the collection in depth.

  • Adult Interactive Workshop

    The galleries offer a unique training ground for professionals and students across fields and areas of study. This workshop exercises skills including close observation, communication, collaboration, narrative-building, empathic thinking, and implicit bias awareness to enhance the development of health and wellness practitioners, legal and social work professionals, and others in allied fields.   • American Art

    Discover how artists have expressed the many aspects of the American experience through the rich variety of this collection. This tour might include the work of artists like Paul Revere, Winslow Homer, and Georgia O’Keeffe, or follow the path of immigrant craftsmen as they created designs for everyday life.

  • Asian Art Through a Global Lens

    Explore centuries of cultural, religious, and economic exchange on this tour of the Asian art collection. Featured artworks might include Buddhist or Hindu sculpture from India, Chinese porcelain, or Japanese screens installed in the one-of-a-kind gallery designed by architect Tadao Ando.
