Draw on the windows of the RLC in this activity inspired by Raqib Shaw’s monumental painting, Paradise Lost.
In this workshop, participants are invited to draw and collage—emulating Cubist techniques—and make their own renditions of works in the galleries of modern art.
How can visual art inspire writing? How can writing enhance or change the way we see? In this multi-session course, we’ll investigate these and other questions through a series of close-looking and generative writing exercises in response to works of art.
