Luminary are invited to join curators Alison Fisher and Craig Lee for an intimate after-hours viewing of Bruce Goff: Material Worlds, the first major exhibition in over 30 years devoted to the visionary American architect.
Goff’s work defied convention, blending bold imagination with unexpected materials—from coal and goose feathers to cellophane and sequins. His fantastical homes and innovative forms charted a dazzling alternative path through modern architecture.
Enjoy a glass of wine as the curators introduce Goff’s life and creative process, then join them in the galleries to learn more about the over 200 spellbinding drawings, intricate architectural models, and ambitious abstract paintings on view.
Open exclusively to Luminary members, this event requires advance registration. Please note that this event occurs when the museum is closed to the public, and registered guests will be provided entry instructions in advance of the program.
