In an all-night diner, three customers sit at the counter opposite a server, each appear to be lost in thought and disengaged from one another. This scene from the painting Nighthawks is one of the most referenced in American art. Join us in Gallery 262 to discover what makes this iconic work so unforgettable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This program will meet in the galleries and remain in one or two locations for 30 minutes. ASL interpretation and/or assisted listening devices are available upon request at [email protected].
