Jacquelyn N. Coutré is the Eleanor Wood Prince Curator in Painting and Sculpture of Europe and a specialist in early modern Northern European painting. Her exhibitions and publications address Rembrandt and his circle, taste and collecting in the 17th century, and artistic rivalry and exchange. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D from New York University and a B.A. from Indiana University.
