  • Free; The invitation is for two individuals per Luminary household.

Join research conservator Kim Muir, conservation scientist Maria Kokkori, and conservator Kristi Dahm for a close look at their recent research into the work of Paul Cezanne—in advance of the major Cezanne retrospective opening at the Art Institute in May. Alongside fellow Luminary members, you’ll expand your knowledge about the conservation process for this major exhibition, and learn about both the new discoveries made about the pivotal modern artist and the treatments the team undertook to conserve his paintings.

Following remarks in Fullerton Hall, you are invited to gather with fellow Luminary members in the recently refreshed Michigan Avenue lobby.

So that you can enjoy your experience safely, all guests must provide proof of vaccination or a negative covid test to attend this event, and masks are required.

Valet parking and self-service coat racks will be available.

Physical distancing and other visiting policies must be observed.
