Enjoy this afternoon of activities exploring Charles White’s formative years in Chicago and his relationship to the South Side Community Art Center, a vibrant site in Bronzeville for art and community and the oldest African American art center in the United States. Take a bike tour to places that shaped Charles White, join conversations with artists, create, and and break bread with neighbors.
