Pascual Madrigal

Pascual Madrigal is manager of Custodial Services, Facilities, and Logistics in Buildings and Grounds at the Art Institute of Chicago. Pascual began at the museum in 1995 as a housekeeper and has held a variety of roles since then, including foreman and manager of custodial services. In 2000 he was a recipient of the museum’s Chairman’s Award. Born and raised in Chicago by immigrant parents, he attended Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges of Chicago. His interests include a passion for gym shoes (he owns over 300 pairs) and for toys dating from his childhood to the present, as well as spoiling the family dog, Sparky.
