Makayla May

Makayla May is a curatorial associate in the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago. Before joining the museum in 2019, she was a graduate curatorial fellow at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s Sullivan Galleries. She holds an MA in modern and contemporary art history from SAIC and a BA in history of art from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
