Katy Rose O’Brien is currently pursuing a JD at the University of Illinois College of Law. Previously, she had been with the Art Institute’s Communications department from 2018 to 2022, most recently serving as communications editor. Before coming to the Art Institute, she worked at a small publishing company, a magazine, an art auction house, and for an independent curator.
She has a bachelor’s degree in art history and English literature from Amherst College.
