Hannah Fuller
Hannah Fuller (she/her) is the 2023–24 McMullan Arts Leadership Intern in ancient Egyptian art, working closely with the curatorial team in Arts of Africa. Hannah is currently a PhD student in public and American history at Loyola University Chicago, where she studies the queer community’s relationship to urban and rural space throughout the Midwest. Hannah graduated with her MA from Missouri State University in 2022 where her research focused on the intersections between ancient Egyptian religion and funerary culture with gender and sexuality. Though her interests have ranged time and space, Hannah’s interest unifies around the desire to accessibly share the historic existence, survival, and celebration of diverse identities.
