Fabio Mariani

Fabio Mariani has been a Digital Humanities Research Associate at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany, since August 2020. He is a PhD candidate at Leuphana University, writing a dissertation titled “Vague, Incomplete, Subjective, and Uncertain Information in Digital Art History.” After receiving a BA in History, he obtained an MA in Digital Humanities at the University of Bologna in 2020. During his studies, Mariani collaborated on several research projects involving semantic web technologies at the Digital Humanities Advanced Research Centre (DH.arc) and OpenCitations. He also worked as a programmer and ontology designer at the Institute of Cognitive Science and Technology (2019–20).
