Igshaan Adams lives and works in Cape Town. Adam’s multidisciplinary practice combines weaving, performance, and installation in an ongoing examination of hybrid identity, race relations, religion, and generational trauma. His work has been presented internationally by the Hayward Gallery, London (2021), SCAD Museum of Art, Savannah, Georgia (2020) and Perez Art Museum, Miami (2020), among others.
