About this artwork
Olaf Borge, who earned his BFA and MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, created systemically abstract works consumed with geometry and repetition. His intaglio prints were jewel-like, and he played with printing them in various colors, rather than producing consistent, numbered editions.
