The bright hour of victory draws ever nearer; The dawn is rising over France. The Soviet soldier sends his greeting To liberated Paris. In the West and in the East The ground burns beneath the Germans’ feet. Paris! You hear the cry of the Kremlin: “Let us finish off the enemy off in his lair!”
