II. Organizes and produces:

a. 20 weeks of weekly undergraduate marketing reports and annual marketing report
b. 10 weeks of graduate marketing reports per 5 direct mailings and annual marketing report
c. undergraduate and graduate catalogs (copy)
d. bulletin
e. fall, winter, spring, and summer degree course schedules
f. fall, spring, and summer non-degree course schedules


III. Edits and proofreads:

a. Examples:
Student Handbook
Exhibition Catalogs
Alumni Newsletter
Exhibitions and Events Brochure
Etc.


IV. Data Transfer:

a. Oversees and performs data transfer/computer links, i.e., between "Prime," network, stand alone PCs, and Macintosh systems for publication and enrollment marketing purposes.


V. Technology:

a. Keeps up-to-date with technological developments in the field of information processing, particularly as it has impact on desktop design and database management, advising towards the purchase of the office's hardware and software programs.


VI. Supervisor:

a. Interviews, tests, hires, trains, and supervises student assistants.
