Here's where the camel's back broke. I stopped out for coffee and heard how high the mortgage rate was through the bank I had wanted to deal with. It was a "slight surprise".

On the bottom right you can see a drawing of our visiting artist Scott Snibbe totally out of proportion (sorry Scott). He was really a terrific artist and a very nice guy. I was really impressed with his work and his attitude. He also worked on writing part of the Adobe After Effects program, which I really love.
