A buddy movie with a darkly absurd streak, THE HEART OF THE BEAST makes three unlikely men partners in a heist meant to settle old scores. Stephanos, a debt-ridden egghead, is lured into a sure-fire bank robbery scheme for the cash. Two men claim to know him from high school, but they don’t seem familiar.
