Instructional Resources and Facilities Management (IR+FM)

The department of Instructional Resources and Facilities Management provides the SAIC community with integrated administration of the School's building operations, resource management and facilities planning.

IR+FM advances SAIC’s academic mission through the operation of Media Centers, Shops and fabrication facilities, smart classrooms, student employment and technical training, Resale, classroom and faculty support for instruction and exhibition.

Additionally, IR+FM manages SAIC’s physical plant and campus services – including planning, maintenance and upkeep of SAIC’s instructional, residential and public property.
