Course Requirements: Your performance in this class will be evaluated on how
well you meet the following requirements:
1. Attendance at lectures.
2. REQUIRED attendance at Discussion Section meetings. Roll will be taken. Each
week at your Discussion Section you will be given a list of selected art monuments
(paintings, buildings, sculptures, photographs, etc.) to study, and an address
of a building in Chicago to visit. An important part of your Quiz and Examinations
will be drawn from these lists.
3. Performance on two papers, the topics to be discussed in class
4. One quiz and two examinations, to be held in weeks 4, 9, and 15.
