Groups wishing to eat lunch in the museum have two options:
We provide limited space in the Ryan Education Center for school groups bringing sack lunches. These spaces must be reserved by checking the appropriate box on the online tour application form. Scheduling of sack lunch reservations is handled by Student Programs. Note that we have limited capacity for sack lunches, and we are not able to provide all groups wishing to bring sack lunches with space.
New this semester—Kids’ Café! Teachers may make separate advance arrangements to purchase Kids’ Café lunches for student groups through the museum’s caterer, Bon Appétit. Several menu options and prices are available. To make box lunch arrangements please check Kids’ Café lunch option on the student tour application. After receiving an e-mail tour confirmation, you should contact Bon Appétit to place your Kids’ Café lunch order. Please note that all further arrangements for Kids’ Café are handled through Bon Appétit. Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled visit. If arrangements must be canceled, a minimum 72 hour notice is required. Kids’ Café lunches will be served in the museum’s Millennium Park Room.
