Winnetka
In 1953, Winnetka Community Associates was established as the first suburban Associates group of the Art Institute of Chicago. There was immediate response to this outreach by the Art Institute. Currently there are over 250 members. Today, Winnetka Community Associates continues to foster a connection between the suburbs of Winnetka, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Northfield, Glenview, and the Art Institute of Chicago.
Art lectures illustrated with images, art study seminars, and trips to significant cultural institutions combine to create an outstanding program year. All programs are coordinated through the Art Institute.
Members reside in the following zip codes: 60093, 60091, 60022, 60043, 60025, 60062, 60026, 60045, 60068, and 60201.
