For the past 50 years, the Department of Museum Education has hosted an annual symposium for graduate students in art history at Midwestern universities.
Students are chosen by their universities because of outstanding research or writing projects, and a local faculty member acts as discussant to the panels. One of the papers will be chosen as a public lecture topic.
The 2016 seminar takes place April 15–16 in the Nichols Board of Trustees Suite.
