Please join the Architecture & Design Society for an exclusive evening with Fashioning the Object curator and John H. Bryan Chair and Curator of Architecture and Design Zoë Ryan. Ryan will guide upper-level A&D Society members through this much-lauded exhibition and then join participants for a cocktail supper in Terzo Piano.
Supported in part with funds from the Architecture & Design Society, Fashioning the Object features the creative output of Bless, Boudicca, and Sandra Backlund, three of the most visionary fashion designers working today. In addition to their inventive clothing and accessory designs, the exhibition explores these fashion houses’ non-traditional presentation methods. By embracing film, photography, graphic design, and installation art, these designers open up the world of fashion design and emphasize its cultural and social significance, as well as encourage fresh thinking and discovery.
Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 20, to Jennifer Breckner at (312) 443-3631 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
