In what is becoming a lively annual tradition, the Bluhm Family Terrace will be the stage for a mini farmer’s market and a not-to-be-missed mentor-versus-mentee “Quickfire Challenge.” Nibble on hors d’oeuvres and sip cocktails while chef Tony Mantuano faces off against Top Chef Texas runner-up and Spiaggia chef Sarah Grueneberg. After the reception, enjoy a seated four-course dinner featuring farm-picked fruits and vegetables with wine pairings. Beer and cocktails will also be available for purchase at the bar. Join us for this multi-course celebration of local producers and seasonal eating. Tickets are $95 plus tax and gratuity; member discounts will apply. Reserve your seats online or by calling (312) 443-8650.
The Farm to Fork program was created by Bon Appétit Management Company, Terzo Piano's managing company, to encourage restaurants to purchase from small, local producers. Terzo Piano has embraced this program, and this year our Farm to Fork Fest will not only celebrate eating local but will also mark Bon Appétit Management Company's 25th birthday!
