Amy Galpin, San Diego Museum of Art, explores the work of Morris Topchevsky, Edward Millman, Florence Arquin, Charles White, and others who were based in Chicago from 1920-1950, traveled to Mexico City, and were influenced by Mexican artists, politics, and culture.
