Program duration: July 19 through 22 (3 nights)

Discover the Art Institute's world-class modern and contemporary art collections in their new home, the stunning Modern Wing designed by Renzo Piano. Enter before the public for private, expert-led discussions of favorite Post-Impressionists like Monet, Seurat, and Van Gogh, and modern artists like Matisse, Picasso, Chagall, Dali, and O'Keeffe. Discover contemporary innovators like Warhol, Pollock, Paschke, Eva Hesse, Cindy Sherman, and more. Learn what goes on behind the scenes in a private conversation with Modern Wing curatorial staff. Discover the Modern Wing from the outside, too, examining its architecture and the spectacular surroundings of Millennium Park, home to Cloud Gate and the Pritzker Pavilion.

The full program includes a three-night stay downtown at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel just steps from the museum, daily museum admission, private tours with the experts, admission to special exhibitions, and all meals catered with one dinner on your own to explore Chicago's many excellent restaurants.

Live nearby or staying with friends? Take advantage of the reduced-rate Commuter package, which includes museum admission, private tours with the experts, admission to special exhibitions, and lunch each day.
