Member Workshop: How to Research a Work of Art

Do you have a painting, sculpture, or piece of decorative art that you’ve always wanted to learn more about? Attend our member workshop to learn more about a family heirloom or a painting you just purchased. Reference librarians will provide an overview of the many resources available in the Ryerson and Burnham Libraries and then assist you as you begin your research. Each workshop is limited to 12 members. Please bring a photograph of the object your would like to research—do not bring in the actual object.
