Curator Janice Katz with Gillion Carrara and Caroline Bellios, School of the Art Institute, discuss the momentous redefinition of dress pioneered by Japanese designers such as Rei Kawakubo, Issey Miyake, Yohii Yamamoto, and Junya Watanabe. This lecture is presented in conjunction with the exhibition commemorating the 25th year of SAIC's Fashion Resource Center.
