This gallery talk will examine ceramic pieces from around the world, spanning several millennia.  This journey through space and time will include drinking cups from Ancient Greece, ritual objects from the Ancient Americas, and porcelains from China, exploring the technological achievements that made these elegant objects possible.

This program is held in celebration of the Chicago Public Library's annual Adult Summer Learning Program.
