Join assistant curator of contemporary art Jordan Carter for a tour of Minimal and Conceptual art. Beginning with Daniel Buren's site-specific installation on the Grand Staircase and Michigan Avenue stairs, explore how artists from the 1960s to the present have rejected conventional pictorial language and the notion of the fixed art object in favor of context, concept, and process.
