Gallery Talk: Art and Poetry across the Collection

June 28, 2018
Meet in Gallery 100
Free with museum admission

What does it mean to “see” a poem rather than read it? How has poetry shaped the content, production, and interpretation of visual art across time and cultures? This tour with museum educator Paulina Lopez will explore the ways artists have bridged image and verse, ranging from ancient Chinese scrolls to modern American works.
