11:00AM12:30PM
Ryan Learning Center
Ages 6–12; $5 per member, $8 per nonmember

Discover artworks that have been through some major changes. From sculptures with missing noses to mysterious figures discovered under layers of paint, there is so much to learn from what we cannot see. Explore unseen details with a teaching artist in the galleries, then head to the studio to reimagine what these artworks would look like with their secrets exposed.

This workshop is designed for children ages 6–12 with one or more accompanying adults. Price for the workshop is per person; museum admission or Art Institute membership is also required for participating adults.

A registration form will be sent upon ticket purchase and must be returned to familyprograms@artic.edu prior to the program.

This program is currently at capacity. To be added to the waiting list, please email us at familyprograms@artic.edu with your name and the program that you’re interested in. Although it is not guaranteed, we will contact you upon availability.
