Do you teach young children? Are you looking for ways to use visual art images with your students, but aren’t sure how? This unique Classroom Connect professional development opportunity is designed specifically for early childhood educators. The program will highlight ways to utilize the museum as a unique learning environment to support how young children learn. Starting with works of art, participants will increase their familiarity with inquiry-based teaching methods, including looking strategies, open-ended questioning, and object-based learning activities that can be conducted in both the museum and classroom. Teachers will also learn about programs and resources available at the museum. This program is being offered specifically to early childhood educators.

This program has reached capacity and is no longer accepting registrations.
