Explore the history and legacy of the Taller de Gráfica Popular and Dia de los Muertos tradition. Start your day at the Art Institute with an overview and discussion of What May Come: The Taller de Gráfica Popular and the Mexican Political Print before making your way to Pilsen and the National Museum of Mexican Art for an overview of Rito y Recuerdo, the largest annual Day of the Dead exhibition in the U.S., and the Museum’s 9th Annual Folk Art Festival. Lunch and transportation will be provided.
