Art+ Science

Both artists and scientists act on their curiosity by identifying an inquiry and taking steps to discover or express the unknown. Join our cohort of educators and local experts to use the art museum as a laboratory for investigating the intersections of art and science and find out how experiences with art objects can help students develop critical and creative thinking skills.

Art+ Mini-Conferences feature a distinguished keynote speaker, dynamic sessions led by peer teachers and other professionals, and tested resources for incorporation into your curriculum. Lunch will be provided.

Chicago Public School and Big Shoulders Fund Schools teachers are eligible for substitute teacher reimbursement and waived tuition.
