In August 1965, the young photographer Duane Michals (b. 1932) sought out the eminent Surrealist René Magritte, "the man whose profound and witty Surrealist paintings had contradicted my assumptions about photography." Join Duane Michals, today an internationally renowned photographer, as he reflects on his visit with Magritte, its meaning for his work, and the iconic photographs he captured from the meeting.
