Additional Packages Coming Soon!

Fifteen Chicago area hotels—14 in downtown Chicago and one near O'Hare International Airport—are now offering special packages with undated, untimed tickets to see Edward Hopper and Watercolors by Winslow Homer: The Color of Light, two breathtaking exhibitions on view at the Art Institute from February 16 to May 10, 2008.

Packages also feature a Museum Shop bonus specially created for hotel guests:

  • An unframed Edward Hopper exhibition poster featuring Nighthawks, valued at $18.95, with a Museum Shop purchase of $50 or more, or
  • A 20% discount on a purchase of $100 or more, or
  • A pop-up umbrella featuring details from Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks, valued at $34, with a purchase of $200 or more

Most participating hotels are conveniently located in one of two exciting neighborhoods:

Chicago's Loop: Located just south of the Chicago River, the Loop is home to the Art Institute, Grant Park, State Street shopping, and Chicago's historic theater district.

The Magnificent Mile: Bounded by North Michigan Avenue, the Chicago River, and Oak Street Beach, the Magnificent Mile is lined with great restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, including Water Tower Place, 900 North Michigan shops, and Chicago Place.

Whether coming from far afield or leaving the suburbs for a weekend on the town, guests may choose from hotels that combine comfort, convenience, and class with the chance to see the magnificent work of two American master painters at one of the world's greatest art museums.

Unless specifically noted, all packages are subject to taxes and gratuities and are based upon availability. Reservations are required. Hotels reserve the right to adjust package rates.
