Founded in 1971, the City Community Associates was originally called South Side Associates. Membership in City Associates has since expanded to service all neighborhoods within the city of Chicago.
City Community Associates is a vital organization with an active membership of almost 350. The group provides exciting opportunities for its members to grow in the knowledge, appreciation, and enjoyment of art. Close proximity to city museums and galleries make them a regular feature on the calendar of events. All programs are coordinated through the Art Institute of Chicago.
