Chicago Architects Oral History Project

Documents the contributions of architects to Chicago during the second half of the 20th century and the early 21st century. Transcriptions of these architects' oral histories are linked from this site. A master index of names and buildings is also available for reference to the complete collection.

Types of material: transcriptions of oral histories, general descriptive information on each architect, and video clips of some interviews

Dates covered: The following dates are covered: Technical Studies in the Field of Fine Arts (1932-1942). International Institute for Conservation Abstracts (1955-1965). Art and Archaeology Technical Abstracts (1955-1997).
