Assistant to the Vice President

Budget & Payroll Coordinator

Communications Assistant
Department: Interpretive Exhibits & Family Programs

Department Technician

Document Specialist
Department: Copy Center

Duties: Using a personal computer, controls, maintains and operates digital and mechanical equipment including high speed monochrome digital copiers, booklet binders, electric paper cutter, automatic paper-folder, laminator, padding and collator. Qualifications: One to two years of experience in high volume digital copier production environment is preferred. Facilities Coordinator & Light Metals Technician

Help Desk Specialist

Multi-Platform Help Desk Specialist

Night Security Officer

Receiving/Distribution Assistant

Duties: Assures that all merchandise received from warehouse and store location are priced correctly and that shipments received matches shipping manifests. Reports discrepancies or damages in receiving of merchandise to Manager of Receiving/Distribution. Routes all merchandise to sales floor, stockroom, and shops and unpacks merchandise as needed. Service Bureau Technician

Duties: The Service Bureau Technician is responsible for day-to-day operation of SAIC Service Bureau photocopier services. The position monitors operation of the School's copier fleet, responding to and following up on service calls, ordering and tracking copier consumables and other supplies, creating and maintaining documentation and signage, and providing end-user training when needed. The position also facilitates Service Bureau photocopying requests, by receiving, processing and finalizing work orders. Digital Print Systems Engineer

Sullivan Fabrication Studio Assistant Manager
