Our Imaging Department utilizes premier direct digital capture and reproduction technologies to ensure the highest quality; our images accurately match the full range of tones and colors of the original artwork.
We will provide you with one of the following for reproduction:
- 4x5 Duplicate Color Transparency (subject to availability)
- 300–400 dpi TIFF (approx. 3000 pixels or 10 inches max.) on CD along with a color guide print
- 300 dpi JPG (approx. 3600 pixels or 12 inches max.) by e-mail (b/w images only)
- 72 dpi JPG (approx. 1500 pixels or 20 inches max.) by e-mail (web images only)
Requests to use an image as part of a publication, textbook, journal, television program, promotional campaign, or other project must include the following:
- Contact Information (name, address, telephone, e-mail)
- List of Image(s)
- Publication/Project Title*
- Author
- Publisher/Producer
- Publication/Release Date
- Geographic Distribution Area/Territory
- Language(s)
- Print Run/Circulation
- Publication Format/Media
- Duration**
- Image Size
- Retail/Unit Price
- Image Use in Color or B/W
*If it is a journal or anthology, please include the title of your article and the title of the journal or anthology.
**For all online projects, you must provide the internet address/URL and the duration your project will be available online.
