Concerning air transport, we must increase the fleet of civil air transport by means of of modern passenger and cargo aircraft, and expand its network of air routes up to 175 thousand kilometers.
We must equip air routes of all-Union significance with the means to make regular flights throughout the year, and on major airways at night.
