DECLARATION Of the defeat of Germany And the seizure Of supreme power With relation to Germany By the governments Of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, The United Kingdom, The United States of America And the Provisional Government Of the French Republic. The Soviet people received the declaration with pleasure, as a witness to the fact that the efforts and sacrifices made at the altar of the Fatherland were not in vain.
