360 Degrees: Art beyond Borders

Bringing together Chicago’s leading cultural institutions—the Art Institute of Chicago, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Poetry Foundation, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs—the yearlong celebration 360 Degrees: Art beyond Borders explores cultural, social, and political life around the world. Join us for the opening day festivities on September 27 with lectures, music, poetry, family activities, and free admission for all and get a glimpse of the globe-spanning scope of this exciting new season.

After you visit the Art Institute, be sure to head across the street to Symphony Center for Macy's Day of Music. Doors open at 2:00 for this 12-hour free music marathon.
